i.  1350 South Main Street:

•  Remove and replace approximately 350 lineal feet parapet cap flashing.

•  Comb and straighten four (4) roof top condenser coil fins.

ii.  1400 South Main Street:

•  Comb and straighten four (4) roof top condenser coil fins.

•  Remove and replace one automatic gable louver.

iii.  1101 South Main Street:

•  Remove and replace 24ga. metal roofing and trim.

•  Install curved rake, eave and closure trim.

•  Install coping cap at all parapet walls on building with 24ga. steel to match roof panels.

•  Comb and straighten three (3) roof top condenser coil fins.

iv.  1201 South Main Street:

•  Remove and replace standing seam metal roofing and trim.

•  Install cruved rake, eave and closure trim.

•  Remove and replace parapet cap flashing.

•  Remove and replace twelve (12) direct vent termination caps.

•  Remove and reinstall the existing lighting protection equipment downleads and grounds as necessary to facilitate roofing and parapet cap replacements.

v.  1617 Hemphill Street:

•  Remove and replace damaged mansard metal panels.

•  Remove and replace damaged soffit metal on west elevation.

•  Remove and replace twenty-one (21) single dome fixed skylights.

•  Comb and straighten eight (8) roof top condenser coil fins.

•  Paint approximately 2,000sf exterior building walls.

•  Remove and replace condenser core on rooftop HVAC unit.

•  Remove and replace hail damaged window screens.

vi. 4701 Bryant Irvin Road:

•  Remove and replace standing seam metal roofing and trim.

•  Install curved rake, eave and closure trim.

•  Remove and replace parapet cap flashing.

•  Remove and replace all gutters and downspouts.

•  Remove and replace approximately 456 lineal feet bronze anodized double pane aluminum store front frame.

•  Comb and straighen four (4) roof top condenser coil fins.

I.  1650 S. Beach Street:

a.  Remove and replace standing seam metal roofing and trim.

b.  Remove and replace approximately 180 lineal feet of gutter/downspout.

c.  Comb and straighen one (1) roof top condenser coil fins.

x.  3301 Stalcup Road:

•  Comb and straighen one (1) roof top condenser coil fins.

xi.  1050 West Arkansas Lane:

•  Remove and replace approximately 2400 lineal feet parapet cap flashing.

•  Comb and straighen fifteen (15) roof top condenser coil fin.

xii.  1741 East Bardin Road:

•  Remove and replace metal roofing and trim.

•  Comb and straighten nine (9) roof top condenser coil fins.

•  Remove and replace five (5) gravity roof ventilators.

xiii.  4400 New York Avenue:

•  Remove and replace fascia/cap flashing.

•  Remove and replace twenty (20) direct vent termination caps.

•  Remove and replace approximately 375 lineal fee HVAC pipe insulation.

•  Remove and reinstall the existing lighting protection equipment downleads and grounds as necessary to facilitate replacements.

xiv.  1325 South Main Street:

•  Remove and replace parapet cap flashing.

•  Remove and replace approximately 72 lineal feet bronze anodized double pane aluminum store front frame.

•  Comb and straighten one (1) roof top condenser coil fin.

xv. 1223 South Main Street:

•  Comb and straighen one (1) roof top condenser coil fin.

•  Paint 15 exterior doors and frames.

xvi.  101 West Allen Avenue:

•  Remove and replace parapet cap flashing.

•  Comb and straighten four (4) roof top condenser coil fins.

•  Remove and replace four (4) direct vent termination caps.

•  Prime and paint gutter;downspout.

xvii.  601 West Terrell Avenue:

•  Remove and replace parapet cap flashing.

•  Remove and replace approximately 168 lineal feet bronze anodized double pane aluminum sotre front frame.

•  Comb and straighten seventeen (17) roof top condenser coil fins.

•  Remove and replace seven (7) direct vent termination caps.

•  Remove and replace five (5) exhaust caps.

iv. Remove and replace condenser core on one (1) rooftop HVAC unit.

vii. Paint approximately 480sf exterior building walls.

xviii.  401 Stribling Avenue:

•  Comb and straighten ten (10) roof top condenser coil fins.

xix.  285 St. Joseph Court:

•  Remove and replace roof/wall panels (approximately 7,500sf damaged) and all associated trim, gutter and downspout.

xx.  200 St. Joseph Court:

•  Remove and replace approximately 2,400sf of sprayed polyurethane foam roofing.

xxi.  1151 South Main Street:

•  Remove and replace 335 lineal feet parapet cap flashing.

•  Remove and reinstall the existing lighting protection equipment downleads and grounds as necessary to facilitate replacements.

xxii.  1500 South Main Street:

•  Remove and replace 2,741 lineal feet chilled water and steam pipe insulation jackets.

•  Remove and replace two (2) direct vent termination caps.

•  Comb and straighen condenser coils as needed.

•  Remove and replace thirty-six (36) pyramid dome fixed skylights.

•  Remove and replace eight (8) single dome fixed skylights.

•  Remove and replace one (1) exterior wall pack 250-watt sodium.
