Step 1 – Create the CommuniGate Pro Administrator

I.  Navigate to the CommuniGate Pro Server Administration web.

II.  Click the ‘Users’ link at the top of the screen, and log in with an account that has Administrator access.

III.  Select the Domain to add the Admin user to.

IV.  Next to the Create Account button, enter a name for the Admin user.

V.  Click the Create Account button.

VI.  Under Settings, change the CommuniGate Password and click the Update button.

VII.  Click the ‘Access Rights’ link.

VIII.  Select ‘Can Do Everything’ and click the Update button.

Step 2 – Set up the GO!NLES Mail Server

I.  In the GO!NotifyLink Admin console, add or navigate to the Mail server that the Admin will be used with.

II.  Enter the Admin Username and Password.

III.  Click the ‘Add Server’ or ‘Apply Changes’ button, depending on whether a Mail server is being added or edited.

Step 3 – Set up the GO!NLES PIM Server

I.  In the GO!NotifyLink Admin console, add or navigate to the PIM server that the Admin will be used with.

II.  Enter the Admin Username and Password.

III.  Click the ‘Add PIM Server’ or ‘Apply Changes’ button, depending on whether a PIM server is being added or edited.

Verification

To verify that the Admin is working correctly, check the User Statistics for a user on the Mail and PIM server with the Admin specified. The “Result” under Email Statistics should be “Mailbox checked successfully”. The Results under PIM Statistics should be “Success”.
