We know that every club member has some unique friends and contacts that may be interested in our 20th annual Rotary Golf Tournament we have name The President’s Cup. The Tournament will be held at the Prestigious Jack Nicholas designed Snoqualmie Ridge Club Course on Monday, June 3, 2013. The $40,000 net proceeds will benefit Rotary First Harvest and the Mt Si Food Bank.

Limited Availability

We anticipate a full field of 144 golfers; however, we are limited to approximately 110 openings on the website due to sponsor participation. On May 15, if additional openings available we will contact those on the waiting list.

Tournament Day

5:15amThe day begins when the sun breaks over the Cascade Mountains.

We will be at the club setting up signage, hanging banners, arranging Arrival Gift bags trophies and awards.

Signage for each hole is installed.

Contest holes are prepared.

We will also be greeting early arrivals and directing traffic.

TPC has assigned carts.

Tables are set up for Rotary First Harvest and the Mt Si Food Bank as a focal point for them to distribute literature, answer questions and sell raffle tickets.

6:30amWe are open for business.

All golfers should be registered ahead of time, but need to check in and receive their Arrival Gift Bag and cart assignment.

Mulligan tickets, raffle tickets and other as yet unnamed activities begin.

A continental buffet breakfast has been set up by the TPC.

The Driving Range and Putting Greens are open.

There may be a putting contest, if we have a sponsor.

7:30amGolfers begin traveling to their assigned hole.

Rotarians may be needed at contest holes.

Putting Contest winner(s) posted.

8:00amShotgun start. Best ball play.

Two Beverage carts begin their rounds.

We begin preparing for Award Luncheon.

Sponsors may have various activities at some holes. TBD

12:30pmGolfers begin returning to club house.

19th Hole is open. It may be hosted if we have a sponsor or no host if not.

Place cards are in-place for those with reserved seating.

We will need to collect scorecards as golfers arrive.

Begin tabulating scores.

Collect results from contest holes and post results as play is completed.

1:30pmTPC has set up buffet luncheon, a BBQ on the patio weather permitting.

19th Hole switches to a cash bar.

The luncheon sponsor should welcome everyone and be recognized for their contribution.

Golf winners in scores and contests should all be identified and names associated with trophies and awards.

2:00pmAwards and Recognition program begins.

3:00pmConclusion of tournament.
