2017 AWARDS

RULES AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

Entrants must adhere to the following general rules, for their entries to be considered:

1)All entries must be submitted on an official Private Equity Africa 2017 Awards entry form.

2)Please supply as much information as possible.

3)Where requested a case study of not more than 700 words maybe supplied. Please do not send in any other supporting material.

4)Each submission should have the following information: category name, nominee name andtotal number of pages submitted. Please each page of a submission should be numbered.

5)The submitted nominee name and category name will be used on Awards collateral.

6)All entries must reach the Private Equity Africa editorial team by 20th March 2017.

7)All entries will be treated as confidential, seen only by the nomination team and judges of Private Equity Africa 2017 Awards.

8)Entry documents cannot be returned.

9)Private Equity Africa accepts no responsibility for the loss or damage of material.

10)The judges' decision is final.

11)The judging panel reserves the right to move entries from one category to another, where appropriate.

12)The awards are judging achievements between January and December 2016. Performance outside of these dates will not be considered.

13)All finalist entries, winners and commendations will be announced at the Private Equity Africa Awards Gala Dinner on 1st June 2017.
