Battery’s:
B1 – Battery 1 is the main power source for the motors.
B2 – Battery 2 is the main power source for closing relay contacts. This battery will be also used for the lights and camera.
Switches:
SW1 – Switch 1 is the main on and off switch for the motor circuit
SW2 – Switch 2 is the main on and off switch for the relay circuit
SW3 – Switch 3 this is the forward switch on the joystick, this switch closes relay 1
SW4 – Switch 4 is the booster switch, this turns all three motors on at once (forward, left and right) creating a faster forward movement
SW5 – Switch 5 is the move right switch on the joystick which closes relay 2
SW6 – Switch 6 is the move left switch on the joystick which closes relay 3
SW7 – Switch 7 is the elevation down movement on the joystick. This closes relay 5
SW8 – Switch 8 connects to switch 5, this is another move right function
SW9 – Switch 9 is the elevation up movement on the joystick. This closes relay 4
SW10 – Switch 10 connects to switch 6 which is another left function
Motors:
MT1 – This is the elevation up and down motor, as seen in the circuit of relay 4 and 5, when current flows through relay 4 and back out the second pole of the same relay it makes the motor spin in an anti-clockwise direction. When relay 5 is engaged the current flows through the other pole on the motor and back through the second pole of relay 5, this reversing the motors polarity.
MT2 – This is move left motor and as relay 3 is closed the motor spins
MT3 – This is move right motor and as relay 2 is closed the motor spins
MT4 – This is the single forward motor and as relay 1 is closed the motor spins
Relays:
RL1 – Controls MT4
RL2 – Controls MT3
RL3 – Controls MT2
RL4 – Controls MT1 elevation up
RL5 - Controls MT1 elevation down
