Residential Events
· Costs listed are cash/check rates. Credit card swipe add 2%. Credit Card key in/ Pay over the phone 3%
Main Meeting Space (20 person minimum)
(1-3 days) facility use fee $600.00
(4–6 days) facility use fee $750.00
(7-10 days) facility use fee $950.00
Gaia Space (For smaller groups ~10 person minimum)
(1-3 days) facility use fee $350.00
(4-6 days) facility use fee $475.00
Studio (bamboo floor yoga / movement space) Facility use fee is $20 an hour if using as a break out space (8 hour max) or $100 per day
Studio day use: $25 an hour
Art Space (industrial art space located in Cedars building) $15 per hour
Off-Peak pricing: If booking in January or February take 50% off of the facility fee and 20% off of residential room accommodation costs
Accommodation - $55 double occupancy, $90 private room, $35 dorm room, $95 couple, $20 camping $25 camping with electricity (camping fee is per person)
Add – 7.8% state & county tax added per night (this excludes camping).
Ø Please note: Dorm room accommodations must have three or more occupants. Fewer than three will result in double occupancy rates. (or private if one person)
Meals Per Person:
Breakfast: $11.00
Lunch: $16.00
Dinner: $16.00
Total meals per day - $43.00
For additional cost you can add the following:
Snacks: $5.00 per day includes am. & pm. snack
Dessert: $3.50 per meal
Other options:
· Brunch: $ 14.00 (please check to ensure this option is available during your event)
· We serve coffee at breakfast only. If your group would like extra service, we offer coffee for an additional charge of $4 per pot (caffeinated or decaf). Tea is served throughout the day free of charge.
· There is a $20 “flip charge” per bed if, during your event, two different participants use the same room and housekeeping is needed to clean the room and change the bed linens.
There is a $15 per day “facilities use fee” for non-residential participants.

Day Use Events (non-residential) For 35 or fewer people
Main Facility rental cost for weekend (Sat.& Sun.) $60 per hour
Main Facility rental cost for weekdays $40 per hour
If over 35 people there is an additional $10 per person fee
Gaia Space rental cost weekend or weekday $30 per hour
Meals:
Continental Breakfast $ 8.00 per person
Lunch $16.00 per person
Snack $ 2.50 per person
Coffee is provided at breakfast. For additional service please see the additional per pot charge listed on page 1.
Audio Visual Use
Still Meadow provides a sound system for CD, and iPods. Additionally you may have access to one easel, dry erase pens, and a screen for your projector.
There is an extra $10 per day fee for the following:
· Flip chart paper
Break Out Space
If you require breakout space in conjunction with your main event you can rent either the Studio or Gaia space.
Gaia Space: If you are renting the main meeting space and do not have residential participants staying in Gaia House, if Gaia Space is available, you may rent this space for your breakout needs. The fees for using this space are the same as the Studio space listed on page 1. For breakout space in Gaia this includes the use of the main meeting space, the kitchen, and the bathroom on the main level.
