In addition to Turkish visitors, Busworld Turkey attracts a great deal of attention from international visitors, this year is also no exception.
The bus show is expected to welcome numerous foreign buyer groups mainly from regions like Middle East, Turkic Republics, North Africa and Balkan countries.
A group of 250 entrepreneurs and senior local authorities from Afghanistan, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Algeria, Morocco, Palestine, Iran, Iraq, Qatar, Lebanon, Macedonia, Uzbekistan, Pakistan, Sudan and Tunisia will be contacting with the exhibitors throughout the show. Besides a group of 100 Ukrainian bus operators will visit Busworld Turkey 2014.
Reaching to 15 member states, IPRU to gather at Busworld Turkey
Founded by the attempts of TOFED, the supporter of Busworld Turkey, International Passenger Road Transport Union (IPRU) has reached to 15 member states with the addition of Bosnia and Herzegovina and Montenegro.
IPRU currently gathers the NGOs of road passenger transportation of 15 countries in total like TOFED of Turkey, Ukraine, Romania, Georgia, Iran, Azerbaijan, Macedonia, Bulgaria, Jordon, Russia, Serbia, Sudan, Croatia and recently added Bosnia and Herzegovina and Montenegro. 50 IPRU delegates from these countries will be visiting Busworld Turkey 2014 for in order to build commercial relationships.
B2B application for the first time in Busworld Turkey
B2B application which will bring the visitors and the exhibitors together will be introduced in Busworld Turkey for the first time. Thanks to this application, exhibitors and registered visitors will be able to mutually arrange one-to-one meetings at the fairground through B2B web portal.
Ninety percent of the stands already sold
The fifth edition of Busworld Turkey to be held in Hall 1 & 2 of Istanbul (CNR) Expo Center on 24-27 April will be bringing numerous Turkish and international exhibitors operating in bus, minibus and coach production and its related sub-industry with professional visitors.
Ninety percent of the stands have already been sold, although there is less than three months left for Busworld Turkey 2014.
Official opening and press day on April 24
The official opening ceremony of the show will be held on April 24 in Dunya hall within Istanbul (CNR) Expo Center. On the same day, the press day will be held. Foreign and local press members of automotive and bus magazines will be attending at the product launches of exhibiting producer companies.
Second edition of Busworld Academy due
Busworld Turkey is not just a trade show; it will also be a platform where sectoral issues are discussed. Launched on October 18 in 2013 at Busworld Kortrijk 2013 show Busworld Academy consists of a range of seminars and workshops where sectoral issues are handled in depth.
The focus of the first Busworld Academy that was organized at Kortrijk show was Fire Safety and Sustainability. Busworld Academy is planned to be held during Busworld Turkey 2014 with a similar content on the second day, on April 25.
