We currently have a vacancy for an IS Support Manager fluent in English, to offer his/her services as an expert who will be based in Valenciennes, France. The work will be carried out either in the company’s premises or on site at customer premises. In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated in the support team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major client’s IT team on site.

Your tasks:

·  Installation of 2 instances of LANDesk Service Desk Suite and configuration of TPS, Mail Manager, Exchange Synchronization, Self Service, Web Desk and Crystal Reports;

·  Incident management design and definition of the configuration activities like user management, service level management, notification and templates;

·  Incident management implementation including the customization of LANDesk SD Suite, filtering and customisable workspace;

·  Problem management design and implementation;

·  Configuration management design and implementation including the configuration of business objects, attributes, windows, CI types and structures;

·  Change management design, KPIs configuration, knowledge transfer and documentation.

Your skills:

·  Minimum 12 years of combined relevant university studies and experience in IT;

·  Hands on experience with Service Management (ITIL) frameworks and methodologies;

·  Working experience with LANDesk Service Desk Suite design, implementation and customization;

·  Ability to participate in multi-lingual meetings;

·  Capability of integration in an international environment, communication with multi-cultural and experience in team working;

·  Fluency in both oral and written English.
