There will be a Black Belt Test for Clive Wilson, Kathy Leahy, and Deborah Wilkinson on Sunday May 20, 2007.

Sensei Scott Dellinger and Sensei Sue LaFond will be conducting a workshop on integration of the naginata into the KZI system on May 19 followed by a Tai Chi demonstration and filming. A fellowship luncheon will held afterward.

Our best wishes go out to Marilyn Kelly as she recovers from her injury.

The Wednesday 7:30 class has been changed to a physical conditioning class utilizing functional techniques to enhance coordination, endurance, anaerobic capacity and hand-eye coordination. All students are welcome to attend.

Crush Fitness

Steven Puchkoff will be testing for Black Belt on Sunday, April 29th at 12:00pm

Soke Dwight Childress will be visiting CRUSH fitness on Saturday, April 21st at 1:30pm. There will be free practice on that day for all students.

Sensei Underwood will be filling in as a substitute until her schedule changes.
