EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS
2002 January – 2004 April : Dharmasoka College Chess Coach
Trained Dharmasoka college chess teams in 2002-2004. Dharmasoka under 15 chess team won the National school chess championship in that session. It’s the first National level Team achievement of Dharmasoka college and Second National level team achievement in Southern province. Also School players won many District and provincial chess tournaments.
2010 September – Present : Chess Trainer
The Chess Academy and Private Coaching.
In this period my students won district, provincial and national chess tournaments and participated for International Tournaments. Following are the main 10 achievements of my Students.
ü Sayuni Gihansa of Dharmasoka College won 3rd place in national Selection and Participated for World school Chess Championship tournament in Romania 2012.
ü Yasindu Rashmika of Dharmasoka College won 3rd place in Youth Championship and Participated for Asian Youth Chess Championship tournament in Sri lanka 2012.
ü Dureka Hansani of Dharmasoka college won Championship in Sri Lanka Women's Qualifying Chess Championship 2012 and Participated for National B Chess Championship 2012.

ü Hansana Malhara of Kularathna Vidyala won Chimpionship (under 10 boys) in Dhamso International Rated chess Championship 2012.
ü Nethmi Dilanya of Crist Church Girls College won 2nd Place in National selection and she will Participated for Asian School Chess Championship tournament in india 2012.
ü Miyuni Gamage of Sangamitta College won 3rd place in national Selection and Participated for World school Chess Championship tournament in Greece 2013.
ü Thenumi Senaka and Nethmi Dilanya of Christ Church Girls College won 2nd and 3rd Place in National Youth Chess championship and they will participate for World Youth Chess Championship tournament in UAE December 2013.
ü Malan Pathirana of Richmond college won 5rd place in national Selection and Participated for Asian School Chess Championship tournament Hikkaduwa and He won 5th place in Standard chess Championship, Won 7th place in Rapid chess Championship and Won 5th place in Blitz chess Championship 2013.
ü Thakshila Nadeeshani of Dharmasoka college Participated for Asian School Chess Championship tournament Hikkaduwa and she Became the Champion of Under 15 girls Asian Blitz chess Championship 2013
ü Christ Church Girls College Under 11 Team won “B” Division 3rd Place and Under 13 Team won “B” Division 2rd Place in School Chess championship 2013 which was held Nuwaraeliya in November 2013.
