VFCA SUMMER DAY CAMP

REGISTRATION 2016

Need a safe, happy place for summer care? Join VFCA’s Summer Day Camp as we celebrate the summer with activities and field trips that will encourage spiritual, physical, and academic growth. Summer Camp will begin on Tuesday, May 31st, and will end Thursday, July 28th. Our hours of operation are Monday - Friday from 9:00am-4:00pm. Aftercare and Before Care will also be available for the parents’ convenience at no extra cost. Children going into grades K5-6th are eligible to enroll. Campers will be divided into age-appropriate groups for activities and field trips. Activities will include weekly Bible classes, Computer time, Reading and Math Enrichments, as well as, loads of fun with special daily activities!

General Fees:

Pre-Registration for all students before May 15th $80 per child

Registration after May 15th $100 per child

Registration includes all field trips and supplies for the summer program.

(This is a one-time and non-refundable fee.)

Tuition Payments:

Payments are due on the 1st of the month by cash, check or credit card.

(A $60 late fee will be added after the 5th of the month.)

Monthly Tuition, Grades K5-6th:

June - $675

July - $675 (Closed Monday, July 4th)

·  Weekly payment plan available

§  Monthly tuition fees include: tuition and curriculum costs.

§  There are no monthly or weekly tuition discounts for multiple children in the same family.

§  Summer camp is not available during the month of August.

Drop in Weekly Rates are $200.00/week for all ages. Those who pay the weekly drop in rate will not pay a registration fee. Weekly rates are paid on Mondays.

All campers must bring their own snacks. Lunches can be ordered through our Main Office.
