STATEMENT OF INTEREST

Why do you want to be on the iGEM team? (max. 150 words)

An iGEM project consists of multiple components, such as modelling, wet lab, human practices, wiki coding and fundraising. How do you see yourself contributing to the team? What skills marked above will be applicable to these parts of the project? (max. 150 words)

A large part of iGEM is coming up with a creative, feasible and impactful project. What would you like to work on? Write a brief project proposal, including a description of the problem, your proposed solution and general approach towards the solution.

Briefly describe problems the team may encounter while attempting to accomplish your project proposal. What are the ways to solve the problems? (max. 350 words, minimum 2 academic references)

One major requirement for the iGEM competition is human practices development. Through human practices, teams engage the public with important issues outside of the lab related to ethics, sustainability, social justice, safety, security, environmental impact, or intellectual property. What are some human practices ideas that could be integrated with your project idea? (max. 200 words)
