Friday -10/25: Jump Rope Theory- Tyler Perez and Lee Reisig 5:30 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.

Highly Suggested for Jumpers and Coaches

Tyler Perez, from Tri-Force, NC and Lee Reisig from Summerwind Skippers, ID, will lead an interactive seminar discussing the essential processes needed to become a world-class jumper. Topics will include: understanding jump rope fundamentals and how tricks work, recognizing mistakes and ways to avoid them, proper training procedures, and unlocking your own creativity. Fee: $5*/$8 per person.

Saturday - 10/26: Jumper Workshop – Tyler Perez & Lee Reisig – 9:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.

Tyler and Lee will lead an outstanding staff of National and World champions as they instruct jumpers of all levels in single rope, double dutch, Chinese wheel, traveler, and long rope disciplines. Not only will jumpers be taught a variety of skills using traditional methods, but they will also be lead though their very own creative process using the “prompt method,” which was introduced during the FISAC World camp in 2012. All levels of jumpers accepted and encouraged. Fee: $40*/$45

Saturday 10/26: USAJR Judge Classes- 8:30a.m.-3:30 p.m

Level 1 & 2: E.J. Boillot & Joe Nix .

E.J., from Jumping Eagles, CO, and Joe Nix, from the Jumpin’ Allstars, bring their combined judging experience of more than 15 years to teach Level 1 and 2 judging courses. USAJR Judges handbooks are included in this course fee. No experience necessary. Fee: $20*/$25

10/26: “Hands on” Adult class - Level 1 & 2 – Level 1: 9:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m

. Level 2: 12:30 p.m. - 3:00 p.m.

Experienced instructors will teach you various jump rope skills like: single rope, Chinese Wheel, double dutch and double unders for a comprehensive jump rope training. You will enjoy learning to turn as well as jump. No experience necessary for this level 1 class. Chris will be teaching both Level 1 & a Level 2 classes. Per Session Fee: $20*/$25
