completedinaccordancewiththecontract,exceptplantestablishment,effective .

Whilewaitingforspecifiedgrowthandcoverageofvegetation,dailychargesofliquidateddamages,ifapplicable,willbeadministeredinaccordancewithSubsections108.07and210.01.

Thecontractorwillretainresponsibilityforplantestablishmentandallmaintenanceandrepairsappurtenanttheretountilsatisfactorygrowthandcoverageisachieved.Whengrowthandcoverageofvegetativeitemshavebeenobtained,afinalinspectionofallitemsrelatedtoplantestablishmentwillbescheduled.

Finalacceptanceisbeingdeferreduntilallobligationsimposedunderthecontractaswellasallnecessaryremainingmeasurementsandcomputationsessentialtothefinalestimateforfinalpaymenthavebeenfulfilled.
