The New York State Department of Agriculture & Markets Farm to School Program would like to help your school promote the benefits of eating delicious and nutritious local foods and raise awareness of agriculture in New YorkState.

To help celebrate the annual “FARM TO YOU FEST!” (October 5 -11, 2009) we are offering a variety of fun and educational materials to you free of charge!

Simply fill out this Order Form and email, fax, or mail it back to us at the below address. Your order will be filled as quickly as possible, as long as supplies last.
