Media & Hospitality Trade Tasting / 2.00 pm – 5.00 pm

Consumer Tasting / 6.00 pm – 9.00 pm

$ 400 per 4 feet table(up to max 6 bottles per table)

Additional tables (if you want to feature more than 6 wines) can be purchased for $ 150

Open for all agents – Italian Wines ONLY!!!

SKU must be produced and bottled in Italy

Evening reception for public consumers

Agents are requested to stay duringboth Trade and Consumer tasting

Chamber members receive 25% discount on all fees

PROMOTION WILL INCLUDE:

Invitation mail-out to local liquor stores’ managers, hospitality industry professionals and media

Follow-up calls

Tasting room set-up, decorating and accessories rental

One or more skirted tables (wine station) per agent

Promotion of wines nominated for Wine Awards through selected liquor stores – TBC

Advertisement in Red Point Media Publications (Wine Access – CONFIRMED – and/or Avenue), Calgary Herald / Swerve Magazine, City TV, Global TV, “Where” magazine, City Palate, and ICCC websites

Advertising on ICCC’s websites and Connect.it, the new ICCC’s online magazine
