Warm up is at 7:45 am. Meet starts at 8:45
13/14 & 15/18’s Warm up is at 12:45 . Meet starts at 1:30 pm. Boys & Girls

Directions:From the North - GardenState Pwy. to Exit 109. Make left at traffic light onto Rt. 520 (Newman Springs Rd.) Proceed to 5th traffic light, make sharp left onto Maple Ave. (Rt. 35). The YMCA is about 1/2 mile on the left.
From the South - GardenState Pwy, to Exit 109. Make right at traffic light onto Rt. 520 (Newman Springs Rd.) Proceed to 4th traffic light, make sharp left onto Maple Ave. (Rt. 35). The YMCA is about 1/2 mile on the left.
Facility:6-lane, 25 yd. course, non turbulent lanes, Colorado timing, horn start, 6 lane display.
Rules:2009 USA Swimming Rule Book
Entry Deadline:Entries must be received by Monday, October 11, 2009
Entries:Entries must be submitted on HYTEK disk. Age of swimmers as of December 1, 2010. All times must be in yards. Swimmers may enter a maximum of Four (4) individual events.
Entry Fee:$ 3.25 per event. Make checks payable to the “Red Bank YMCA Swim Team.”
Time Conversions All Entry Times Must Be In Yards. Use your USA Swimming Rulebook to perform proper conversions
Awards:Individual Events - 1st - 6th ribbons.

Operation Open Arms
American Recreational Military Services (A.R.M.S) is a non-profit organization that provides comfort packages to all branches of the military to show our support for these brave men and women.
In order to further honor Lt. Dennis Zilinski’s sacrifice, we will be asking each swimmer to bring one of the items listed below to be sent overseas. Please bring your donation item on the day of the Dennis Zilinski Meet 10/17/10.
Most items needed are:

- Small powdered drink mixes (to add to water bottles)
