SMSF AUDIT FIRM OF THE YEAR

The audit function is one of the most vital compliance checks to ensure the integrity of the SMSF sector, yet it has been arguably one of the most disrupted in the last decade.

This award recognises an outstanding SMSF auditing firm, which actively sought to drive revenue growth while ensuring a high level of quality service for its clients.

As well as business growth metrics, the award considers the activities, strategies and actions of the auditing firm in terms of best practice, and driving increased revenue and efficiencies.

This award is a group award and is open to:

  • All firms which provided SMSF audit services for the period from 1 January 2016 to 31 December 2016. Firms must have held the relevant registrations and authorisations during that period.

NOTE: Business metrics and performance will account for 50 per cent of the judging assessment; responses to open-ended questions will account for 50 per cent of the judging assessment. Your firm may also be contacted as part of the assessment criteria for corroboration and/or additional details.
