Position :Assistant Global Brand Content Project Manager

Missions

·  Brand Content and Communication: monitoring strategic approaches with a view to defining and deploying the Club Med brand’s World communication platform, notably via:
- Agency briefing, debriefing, monitoring the development and implementation of the brand’s new platform.
- Monitoring the development of communication tools explaining the superiority of the Club Med experience (digital, print, etc.).

·  Brand identity: monitoring the deployment at the World level of the renewal of the brand’s identity across all points of contact (digital communication, print, corporate, Villages, etc.), and updating the media library, a point of entry for questions linked to the brand’s identity at the World level.

·  International coordination: helping to monitor World communication (27 markets) and projects associated with the Brand’s identity in collaboration with other departments; consolidating needs and sharing best practices (elaborating presentations exclusively in English).

·  Monitoring the competition, producing case studies on actors in the Tourism and Luxury sectors.

Position :Assistant Press Officer

Missions

·  Answering journalists’ questions: preparing briefs, providing information, visuals, etc.

·  Helping to prepare press pitches in the framework of requests for interviews

·  Producing press releases, press kits, pressbooks, press reviews, media factsheets, etc.

·  Helping to prepare press trips: logistics – transport – and events schedule.

Position :Business Controller Assistant

Missions

Reporting:

·  Weekly audit of world sales for countries and sales entities.

·  Monthly closing reports and forecasts; analysis of economic performance.

·  Coordinating and permanently monitoring Village capacity.

·  Coordinating and permanently monitoring ongoing events and developments in the Villages.

·  Budgetary control of Corporate departments: monthly reports and operational support.

Missions

Architecture & Design Database Department:

·  Helping to identify “new talents”, including Architects, Interior Designers, Landscape Artists, Lighting Technicians, etc., capable of becoming suppliers and partners.

·  Helping to update the supplier database (directory, files).

·  Helping to update internal documents in the Architecture & Design Department (model plans, trend charts, monitoring tools, etc.).

Villages projects

·  The intern will assist the Director and managers of the Conception & Design Department with a view to completing design projects and ensuring that studies are carried out successfully.

Design Committee

·  The intern will help to organize Design Committees.

Profiles

·  Background in architecture/interior design or as an archivist.

·  You will have had one or more experiences as an intern, preferably in the hotel/tourism industry.

Missions

·  Elaborate weekly reports on NMEA business performances

·  Participate to monthly closing – Help in drafting Executive Summary report (send to top management)

Position :Human Resources and Commercial Training officer

Missions

Missions

Position :Junior Project Head, “Digital Villages Experience”

Missions

·  Steering projects focusing on launching or developing existing digital services in Villages: auditing functional needs in competitive benchmarking for the Business Units; studies on trends in the sector; analysis of marketing solutions; coordinating various stages of projects with different interlocutors and contributors (DSI, Extended Tribes, web agency, external suppliers, etc.).

·  The “Club Med Villages” Mobile App.
- Launching new World Villages: coordinating online content.
-Management and coordination of the deployment of new functionalities and services (updating app design, query system) and introducing internal and external tools.
- Drawing up recommendations.

·  New digital services: Digital Pass, Digital Pre-Check-In/Check-Out, etc.

·  Providing support for Extended Tribes in their approach to change: events, training, eGOs.

·  Making suggestions about strategy concerning the Digital Experience in Villages based on analyses, benchmarks and monitoring, in collaboration with the Digital Marketing, Business Unit and DSI tribes.

Position :Marketing & CRM Project Manager

Missions

·  With the help of the campaign operator: to ensure the creation and the diffusion of all our multichannel marketing campaigns via the tool Neolane: setting, execution and following of the campaigns, targeting, creation of workflows, automation, personalization and validation of our tests.

·  For the CRM NMEA team and countries, to develop best practices and internal (other BU) and external benchmarks (travel competitors, e-commerce players)

·  To insure coordination between the CRM NMEA team and the other internal services (Global Marketing CRM team, French CRM team, Data and IT teams)

·  To punctually collaborate with Communication, Digital or B2B Marketing NMEA managers on mutual projects

·  To be a force for bringing forward proposals regarding the evolution of the CRM strategy for the BU :

-  To analyze existing campaigns performances and to assist teams from the different countries on the campaigns evolution (creation, targeting, frequency of sending, channels used...)

-  To elaborate new campaigns for clients and/or prospects, managed by countries or at the headquarter
