In House Recruiter – FTC 9 Months
We are looking for a talented and driven Recruiter to join our busy In House Recruitment Team on a Fixed Term Contract. Based from the Keynsham, Bristol Office you will be part ofasmall, specialisttalent acquisitionteam reporting into the Head of Recruitment as part of the HR Team. The Recruitment Team provide a 360 recruitment service to the Edif ERA BusinessesensuringEngineering Consultancy staffing requirements are met; we identify, attract and on-board top permanent and contract talent using direct methods to meet our growing business need. This role will suitanexperienced agency or in house Recruiter.
The role
Working within the In House Recruitment Team reporting into the Head of Recruitment you’ll support a variety ofpermanent and contract recruitment activities, including:
- Actively sourcing for contract and permanent technical, engineering, support, management and consultancy roles
- Working with Hiring Managers, creating adverts, reviewing progress against permanent and contract roles
- Utilising various attraction techniques e.g:CV databases, advertising, social networking, referrals and recruitment fairs
- Reviewing and shortlisting applications
- Contacting and qualifying candidates, introducing Edif ERA and discussing careers / contract opportunities
- Scheduling and supportingHiring Managers with candidate interviews
- Promoting growth of the Associate Pool by advertising, sourcing and headhunting candidates
- Negotiation of Associate contracts, deal with general queries relating to contracts, pay, logistics etc;
Qualifications & experience
- Substantial recruitment background from either a recruitment agency or in-house recruitment role
- Proven experience in successfully resourcing candidates for engineering, consultancy or management roles
- Experienceof one of the following sectors: Consultancy, Defence, Transport, Oil & Gas, Engineering or Energy
- A skilled interviewer with extensive experience in competency interviewing senior candidates
- Experience in writing job descriptions and tailoring CVs
- Experience of associate / contractor / temporary staff management
