Supervisor for intervention research program focusing on removing barriers to self-sufficiency among impoverished families in Kentucky. Responsibilities entailedadministrative oversight of program services and staff supervision in nine counties, developing community collaborations, ensuring service provision and data collection were in accordance with research protocol, reporting activities to UK and the funding source, writing research reports, and conducting community trainings.
