Agreement Form
1. No yard sale or flea market items.
2. All booths are to be made attractive.
3. You are responsible for the clean up of your booth before you leave.
4. Set up time is after 3pm on Friday or before 8am on Saturday morning. Booths should be completely set up by 8:30 am.
5. NO BOOTH will be pulled down either wholly or partially before 4pm on Sunday. This gives the impression to visitors that the bazaar is closing and affects the sales of other vendors.
6. Agreement form and booth rental should be received by us no later than October 15 to reserve your booth space.
7. Home & Hearth Christmas Bazaar, Russel Acton Folk Center, or the City of Berea are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items. Security is furnished by the City of Berea.
8. Only booths along the walls will have access to electricity due to the agreement form signed with the folk center stating there is to be absolutely no tape of any kind placed on the floors.
9. No food items of any kind will be sold in any booth. This is due to the food and candy booth of Home and Hearth.
Each booth is approximately an 8 X 8 space and is $65 for the two days. A limited number of tables are available and are on a first come, first serve basis.
The kitchen will be open again this year for breakfast and lunch. It will be ran by Home and Hearth. A variety of snacks and beverages will also be available throughout the day.
