Environmental and Natural Resources Law Advanced Degree Program

PETITION TO BE AWARDED SPECIALIZATION

You may apply for a maximum of two specializations. Complete all information requested and attach such documentation as may be indicated below. Sign and date the petition and e-mail itto the Assistant Director of Graduate Studies.No hard copies will be accepted.

You must have completed four (4) listed courses for each specialization. Courses taken toward a JD degree do not qualify.

The Director or Assistant Director of Graduate Studies may approve, in exceptional circumstances, the substitution of one unlisted course toward each specialization.Please note that such exceptions are rare. If you are applying to have such a course approved, attach a detailed written note specifying how the course (such as an externship) is related to the area of specialization.
