9:30 – 10:00 am: Flag off and Procession from Main Campus to the Chancellor’s Court led by Police Band

10:00 – 10:15 am: Opening prayers: University Chaplain

10:15 – 11:30: Music and Entertainment.

11:00 – 11:15 am: Arrival of the Vice-Chancellor, Prof. P. M. F. Mbithi

11:15 am – 11:30am: Arrival of the Chief Guest Hon. John Mututho and tour of testing activities accompanied by the VC

11:30 am – 12:00 noon: Entertainment by Student Group (Main Campus, Parklands)
