Reformation 500
Celebrating the 500th Anniversary of the Reformation
Martin Luther was very upset with the way that people were expected to work their way to Heaven. The Bible teaches that it is by God’s grace through faith that His Son, Jesus, was crucified for the forgiveness of sins, and that we will live with Him forever. If we have to work for it, what was the purpose of Jesus’ death and resurrection? The Reformation was all about returning to these basic truths and knowing for sure that our sins are forgiven!
Children and teens, ages 4-17, are invited to share their art on the theme
