1. Land Dispute Halts New Road

2.SEARCHED ABANDONED
Police at Peebles yesterday called off a search for a 20-year-old woman who is believed to have drowned after falling into the swollen River Tweed. Belinda Lubbock had been receiving treatment for depression.
