Based on the arrival and departure dates/time transportation from and to the airport can be ensured by the organizer upon request by the participants.

Please take into account that the organizer will cover the expenses for international transportation up to 400 Euro per person. In order to be reimbursed for their international travel costs, the participants must provide the organizer after the seminar with the following documents: original boarding passes/train/bus tickets etc. and a copy of the travel invoice.

We recommend all participants to book their transportation to Bucharest in due time, in order to avoid purchasing overpriced tickets and thus covering from own budget the difference up to the maximum amount that can be compensated.

3.  LOGISTIC INFORMATION

Please remember that the organizers provide to the participants boarding during the seminar and accommodation in individual rooms for 3 nights from November 27th to November 29th 2013. No participation fee is required.

Contact details of the hotel (name, address, telephone, email) will be sent in due time to all participants via email.

Private staying in the hotel selected for organizing this event:

The organizers assure accommodation for seminar’s participants for 3 nights in individual rooms from November 27th to November 30th 2013. Participants who would like to come earlier or to stay longer can make individual reservation in based on hotel’s availability. All reservations for private staying should be made directly at the hotel. In these cases the participants will have to pay themselves at check out, in cash or by credit card.

Information about the special prices (per night) for private staying at the hotel will be transmitted by email.

4.  PARTICIPATION TO WORKSHOPS

On Thursday`s afternoon sessions and Friday`s morning sessions participants will take part to workshops on human rights and transnational gathering of evidence. Each participant will take part in one workshop in each session.

We kindly ask you to choose your preferred workshops for each session. Please put numbers from 1 to 5 starting from the most favoured (1). The organisers do not guarantee participation to the chosen workshops due to the limited number of places for each workshop; however your preferences will be taken into consideration.
