OVERVIEW

Plate Manager Software v1.0 supports the Applied Biosystems™SeqStudio™ Genetic Analyzer. Plate Manager software enables the user to set up plate; configure plate runs for different application type, injection modules; and export plate configuration .psm file to the instruments; open plate configuration file generated from instruments in an integrated and streamlined fashion. Plate Manager software can also allow user to import plate layout in .csv file, and create report with the plate layout. The Plate Manager software is also available on Thermo Fisher Cloud™ with the same user interface as desktop software.

SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS FOR DESKTOP SOFTWARE

  • Recommended hardware requirements: 2.6 GHz processor, 4GB RAMand 1GB of free hard disk space.
  • Software has been tested on a Windows 10 Professional 64-bit, Windows 7 32-bit SP1, and Windows 7 64-bit SP1.

Application:

  • Generating plate view report (pdf format) may take up to 5 seconds
