1. I hereby permit Taiwan International Children’s TV & Film Festival (TICTFF) schedule screenings of the film or video during the festival.

2. The TICTFF has the right to use excerpts and photo still from the film or

video for a total of up to 5 minutes for publicity for promotional purposes.

3. I agree preview copies to be made for use in the judging process and

return to the archive.

4. I also grant Public Television Service broadcast nominated entries in the

festival- related programs a maximum of two times in Taiwan.

The undersigned is legally authorized by the producer or production/ distribution company to enter this film or video in the TICTFF. Once entered, films and videos

may not withdrawn from participation in the Festival.
