(vii)The registration is confirmed only when the payer receives the confirmation email from the organizer.

Special Note

1. No fee is refundable except at cancellation of the event.
2. In cases of unavoidable cancellation of the event, registered parties shall then be reimbursed for the amount paid.
3. The event will be cancelled in case that Tropical Cyclone Signal No. 8 is hoisted or Black Rainstorm Warning is issued by the Hong Kong Observatory within two hours from the commencement of the event.
4. The organizer is regarded as released from any liability connected with possible non-realization of the event as well as the expenses the registered parties have incurred as a result of the event.
