Nominations, written or verbal, will not be accepted from the floor of the Annual Conference, except where no written nominations have been received for the vacant office or positions, or where there are insufficient written nominations for the vacant positions. The Chairperson or Returning Officer of the Annual Conference may then call for nominations for that vacancy from the floor of the Conference.
