2016 WISCONSIN OUTDOOR SMALLBORE RIFLE CHAMPIONSHIP

ELIGIBILITY:

Competitors must also be members of WISCONSIN-FORCE or their home state’s association prior to firing the match.

RULES:

This will be a NRA 3-position smallbore rifle match fired at 50 meters on the A-50 target.

The latest published NRA rules will govern this event.

Positions per NRA rule 5.6 (prone), 5.10 (kneeling) and 5.12 (standing).

Any rifle rule 3.2, sights per rule 3.7.

COURSE OF FIRE:

Match 1: 40 shots prone any sights

Match 2: 40 shots standing any sights

Match 3: 40 shots kneeling any sights

Match 4: Aggregate ** The State Championship **

FEES:

Across the Board Entry $30.00

Across the Board Junior Entry $20.00

Team Entry (per team) $8.00

*Non-members of the GCRC must pay an additional $5.00 per day range fee.

TEAMS:

Teams will consist of four members from the same club.

The team match will not be a fired match.

Scores will be taken from individual match scores.

All team members must be registered before the start of the relay in which they are competing in.

RELAYS:

Relay 1: Saturday August 27, 9:00 AM

Relay 2: Saturday August 27, 1:00 PM

Relay 3: Sunday August 28, 9:00 AM

Relay 4: Sunday August 28, 1:00 PM

AWARDS:

The high Wisconsin resident in Match 4 will be declared the Wisconsin Outdoor Smallbore Champion and will be presented the State Champion’s traveling trophy. Awards will be presented to the winner of each match and to the high competitor in each class of at least 5 competitors.

Classes with less than 5 competitors will be combined with the next higher class to reach the 5 competitor minimum.

Category awards will be given in match 4.

Possible categories include Women, Juniors, Seniors and Iron-sight shooters.

There must be at least 3 competitors in each category for an award to be given.

LOCATION:

GCRC - N3596 State Highway 69 - Monroe, WI – 53566, approximately 1 mile north of city limits, and between crossroads of County Road FF to the north and County Road DR to the south, with gated range entrance on east side of Highway 69.
