Bid 3048 - George Elementary School Windows Restoration

Sealed, written formal bid proposals for the above bid will be received by the Board of Trustees of the Jackson Public School District, in the Business Office, 662 South President Street, Jackson, Mississippi, until 2:00 P.M. (Local Prevailing Time) October 26, 2016, at which time and place they will be publicly opened and read aloud. A Pre-Bid Conference concerning the project will be held at George Elementary School, 1020 Hunter Street, Jackson, MS 39201 on October 12, 2016, at 2:30 P.M. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is non-mandatory but strongly suggested. The Board of Trustees reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive informalities, and to withhold the acceptance of any bid if approved for forty-five calendar days from the date bids are opened. A $50.00 deposit shall be required on each set of plans and specifications, to be refunded upon return of all documents in good condition, by 4:30 p.m. the day before bid opening.
