The meeting of the NCPBL PD-F Board of Directors was called to orderby Rick Gardner at 8:05 pm.
Robbie McDonald moved to dispense not reading the minutes and to approve the minutes from the May 19th, 2017 Board Meeting. Second by Meredith-Leigh Craig. Motion passed.

Announcements
Next meeting/location -- August 4th / 5th meeting is Albemarle, NC. Dinner at Applebee's 5pm. Meeting at Stanly at 7pm. Dan will send email for responses on rooms needed. Holiday Inn Express behind Applebee's…$91. Meeting rooms, 2 at the school. After dinner Friday evening come back for State Officer's and the PD-F Board to meet.
