Note:

1.Subject-wise and Zone-wise vacancies indicated above are tentative and they may increase or decrease. The candidates who are appointed on contract basis against the above vacancies should work in the concerned Zone only. The candidates selected should enter into agreement with the Society. The candidates who will be appointed against the above vacancies are liable to be terminated at any time without any notice. The selected teachers should have to teach from class V to Intermediate level as allotted. The tenure of appointment is from the date of joining to the last date of Academic year 2009-10.

  1. The vacancies notified are sanctioned in girls institutions located in remote areas. Only lady candidates willing to work in remote areas should apply for the above posts.
  1. Remuneration: -

i] In respect of Resident Teachers the remuneration will be Rs.5,700/-p.m. + addl. Remuneration of Rs.1,500/- p.m. for the candidates having PG qualification in the concerned subject.

ii)In respect of Physical Education Teachers (PETs) Rs.4200/- per month (consolidated).

Telugu / a) A 1st class MA Degree in Telugu with 60% marks,
  • For SC Candidates, a second class Post Graduation Degree in Telugu with not less than 55% marks
  • For ST Candidates 2nd class Post Graduation Degree in Telugu with not less than 50% marks
b) B.Ed ./ MA Edn Degree with Telugu as one of the methodology (or) Telugu Pandit Training.
English / a]A 1st or 2nd class P.G Degree. M.A in English language and literature.
  • For SC Candidates, a second class Post Graduation Degree in English with not less than 45% marks
  • For ST Candidates 2nd class Post Graduation Degree in English with not less than 40% marks
b] B.Ed., Degree with English as one of the methods of teaching with aggregate 50% marks in both theory and practical put together [in respect of SCs & STs 45% marks].
c] If PG candidates not available, candidates with 1stclass Graduation with English as one of the optional subjects [BA English Literature] [in respect of SCs & STs 55% marks] will be considered.

Age:- 1] The candidate should not cross the age of 39 years as on

01-07 -2009. This age limit is relaxed up to 5 years for SC / ST, 4 years for BCs and 9 years for Physically Handicapped persons.

2]Maximum age relaxation of 3 more years at the rate of 1 year for the service of each academic year [Minimum service of 6 Months in an academic year] in case the applicant worked as part time teacher in APSWR Institution.

Zones: For the purpose of determining vacancies and implementation of rule of reservation, the State is divided into 6 Zones as under. However, Zone-wise vacancies indicated above are tentative and are liable to change i.e., increase or decrease on account of internal transfers/promotions etc.

Rule of Reservation:

The Rule of Reservation for SC/ST/BC/PH will be observed as prescribed by the Society Rules and as per the roster.

How to apply:

The candidates should submit the application on-line duly following the instructions given in the website: ______. The application form after completion of online registration should be got printed and same should be submitted (i) duly signing at the indicated place (ii) duly affixing passport size photograph at the space on the printed registration form. The application should be submitted to “Secretary, APSWREI Society, DSS Bhavan Complex, Masab Tank, Hyderabad-500174”along with attested copies of the following documents:

  1. Attested Xerox copy of X class certificate (for proof in support of date of birth).
  2. Attested Xerox copies of certificates of all Educational Qualifications.
  3. Attested Xerox copy of marks sheets of various Educational Qualifications.
  4. Attested Xerox copy of Caste Certificate.
  5. Attested Xerox copy of Study/Nativity Certificate.
  6. Attested Xerox copy of PH Certificate in case of PH candidate.
  7. Attested Xerox copy of Service Certificate in respect of part time teachers issued by principal concerned.
  8. Demand draft of Rs.150/- for general candidates, Rs.75/- for SC/ST/BC/PH candidates drawn in favour of “the Secretary, APSWREI Society, Hyderabad.”

SELECTION PROCEDURE:

The selection will be based on Percentage of marks secured by candidates in the prescribed qualifying examinations after adding the weight-ages for various qualifications possessed by the candidates. The applications without marks sheets of qualifying examinations will be summarily rejected without any further correspondence. Hence the candidates are advised to enclose copies of Certificates of SSC, Intermediate, Degree, Post Graduation B.Ed., etc., with year-wise marks sheets, Community, Nativity and Date of Birth Certificates duly attested by a Gazetted Officer.

BASE SCORE:

The percentage of marks secured over and above 50% marks in the Post Graduation will be the base score.

For Graduation candidates the percentage of marks secured over and above 50% marks in the Graduation [Group subjects] will be the base score.

WEIGHTAGE MARKS

  1. If passed Intermediate with first division - add 1 mark.
  2. For Graduation with distinction more than 75% - add 3 marks
  3. For Graduation with first division more than 60%-add 2 marks

  2. For Ph.D - add 3 marks
  3. For every additional PG done - add 1 mark

  1. If studied Degree & PG in English Medium- add 5 marks
  2. If studied only PG in English Medium- add 3 marks
  3. If worked as part-time teacher 1 mark for every

Academic year [Minimum service of 6 months]

in an academic year by limiting the maximum marks to 3

Note:With regard to additional marks for study in English medium, if the medium is not mentioned in the certificates/Marks sheets, the candidate should enclose a certificate to that effect from the Principal of the Institution concerned where she studied. Otherwise weightage marks for EM will not be added.

Last date for submission of application:

The online registration shall be allowed upto 5:00PM of 27-7-2009 and thereafter the system will not accept any online registration. The last date for submission of the printed application form along with copies of concerned documents as per above list shall be 5:00 P.M of 31-7-2009. The Department will not be responsible for any postal delay whatsoever. The intending applicants should ensure the receipt of applications within time prescribed.
