IDECC: Hondors Learning is the primary provider for all of the on-Line continuing education offerings. IDECC has granted Hondros primary provider certification for the courses. IDECC has granted The Moore Group, Inc. secondary provider certification for the courses.

School Policies:

Pre-registration is required. Registration should be submitted a minimum of two weeks prior to the class. Enrollments after that date will be accepted as space permits. Enrollments will not be accepted without payment in full.

If registration is made on-line (using a credit card as payment), the registration is processed immediately and a receipt/confirmation letter will be email to the student immediately. If registration is NOT made on-line, but instead is sent by fax,mail, etc.,the registration will be processed approximately one-week before the class and the receipt/confirmation letterwill be emailed to the student at that time.

Withdrawals must be submitted in writing to The Moore Group, Inc. Withdrawals received within three days of registration will be refunded in full.Withdrawals received after three days of registration but before class begins will receive a refund less $150. No refunds will be issued for withdrawals received after class begins. Refunds will be issued within 30 days following receipt of withdrawal. The School reserves the right to cancel any class, at any time, and will refund in full. If a class should be cancelled, students will be notified.

A student may take any specificappraisal course from any approved provider (school).It is not compulsory that any one provider (school) be used exclusively for a student's required appraiser education. However, an individual course must be started and completed with the same provider (school). Credit for the classroom hours attended with one provider (school) cannot be transferred to a different provider (school)to complete a specific course.
