Importance Instruction :- All contractor must scan Registration cetrtificate,Bank solvancy certificate,and certificate of S.S.N.N.Ltd. FDR issued by concerned Registering Authority is mandatory at the time of online tendering as per resoluction of (R&B) Dep. G’nagar Reso. RGN/6089/8/part-1-C dtd 06/08/2011 & 13/12/2011 as under.
At time of opening of primary documents of the said online tender if Registration,Bank solvancy and S.S.N.N.Ltd. FDR is not found as per requirement the same shall not be entertained and will be treated as “NON RESPONSIVE”.
6.2 Bidder shall have to submit D.D.for tender Fee FDR against EMD or EMD
Exemption certificate and other valid documents as mentioned above in electronic Only through online (by scanning) while uploding the bid. This submission shall mean That EMD. Tender fee and relevant documents are received.
