Wokingham Summer Holiday Activities – July - August 2013

Dear Parent/Carer,

Please find below the Wokinghamdates for thesummer.This scheme is open to families living in the Wokingham Borough Council catchment, for disabled children with moderate to complex needs. Please indicate which dates your young person would like to attend and return the attached form to Jenny Plumb, Kids, Venture House, 2 Arlington Square, Downshire Way, BracknellRG12 1WA or email me . Allocations will be done on a fair basis, and will be confirmed in writing prior to the first session. If there are additional spaces available, families on the cancellation list will be contacted at short notice.

Due to the late commissioning of the service we are holding a parent information day on Monday 22 July 2013. This will be held at Wokingham Disabled Children's Team Conference Room.

The information drop-in day will run from 2pm – 6pm and provides you with an opportunity to meet Kids staff and us with the opportunity to complete the necessary paperwork required to ensure that your child/young person has a safe, happy and fun-filled time.

Sessions cost £12.50 and are unable to be refunded unless KIDS has cancelled the session, due to circumstances beyond our control. If you have any specific concerns regarding payment, please discuss this with your Club Senior Practitioner, or the Service Coordinator /Manager.

Please be aware that an invoice will be sent out in the near future for your sessions. If your sessions will be paid by someone other than yourself, please notify us in writing.
