q Rosters and Officer updates online - due by Friday, September 30th, 2011
q Quarterly Recruitment/Intake Report – due by Friday, December 2nd, 2011
q Quarterly Safety, Health, & Wellness Report - due by Friday, December 2nd, 2011
q Online New Member grade checks must be completed prior to extending a bid to check for eligibility. Emails will automatically generate to Chapter President, Vice President Recruitment and Chapter Advisor.
q Online New Member registrations AND calendars must be submitted within 10 days of New Members accepting a bid.
Winter Quarter
q Online Rosters and Officer updates - due by Friday, January 6th, 2012
q Annual Chapter Report for 2011-2012 academic year – due by Friday, February 24th, 2012
q Quarterly Recruitment/Intake Report – due by Saturday, March 3rd, 2012
q Quarterly Safety, Health, & Wellness Report - due by Saturday, March 3rd, 2012
q Greek Awards/Standards of Excellence applications – due by Friday, March 2nd, 2012 by 5 pm
Please submit all materials to the designated coordinator at the front desk in the Ohio Union Administration desk with your materials clearly marked with your chapter’s name. Electronic submission is encouraged.

Spring Quarter

q Quarterly Recruitment/Intake Report – due by Friday, June 1st, 2012
q Quarterly Safety, Health, & Wellness Report – due by Friday, June 1st, 2012

Annual Items
q 100% of chapter must attend a diversity-oriented program/event with 75% attending a single session à Please submit the Intergroup Dialogue response-form immediately following the event. This standard and its corresponding report must be submitted by Friday, June 1st, 2012
q 100% of chapter participate in an ongoing Community Service project with 75% participating in a single project - Community Service form submitted no more than 10 days following the event – due by Friday, June 1st, 2012
q You can continue to update your rosters and officer contact lists with any additional changes throughout the quarter, however you must submit the initial changes by the dates listed above for each quarter for our records.
