Good communication plays a critical role in the educational process. At J. C. Lynch Elementary, we believe that our parents are the most vital part of our students’ success. Research shows that involved parents foster successful students; therefore, parental involvement is essential. Themost important means of communication with our parents is our open door policy. Involving parents and community members greatly enhances the quality of education and academic success of our students. Our major focus continues to be increased student achievement, increased parental involvement, and a safe learning environment.
