ESSENTIAL CRITERIA
Hold a current NSW or ACT driver’s licence
Have extensive experience working at a senior level with adults with disabilities & their families
Hold appropriate Post-Secondary qualifications
Accuracy in reporting, attention to detail and the ability to work within tight timeframes
Have demonstrable high level written and spoken communication skills
Have proven human resource management skills
Have demonstrable financial management skills
Have a demonstrable commitment to improving the life options for people with disabilities
Hold NVCI accreditation or similar or be willing to obtain this
Have excellent networking and problem solving skills
Have computer skills in Microsoft Business Applications
Conditions of employment
Position title: / Manager – High Support AccommodationGrading: / Manager J –K Band
Salary: / Will be negotiated directly with the CEO dependent upon qualifications and experience; using NFP Salary Packaging and shift work arrangementsand will beequivalent to a salary in the region of $95 000 to $100 000(plus superannuation and annual leave loading) + vehicle.
Allowances: / As per the National Employment Standards
Award: / Valmar Enterprise Agreement
