General Features:

1.  Spectroradiometer should be compact, handheld, rugged and will be used for field measurements.

2.  Spectroradiometer should measure the spectral radiance (W/m2/sr/nm or equi.) and reflectance of a given Lambertian target along with Irradiance (W/m2/nm or equi.) in visible, near infra-red and short wave infra-red wavelengths.

3.  Measured spectral radiance by the Spectroradiometer is required to be NIST/SI traceable, and full calibration report along with uncertainty budget is to be provided.

4.  Operation of the system should be with menu driven software and operating console.

General Requirements:

  1. Supplier shall furnish all the details in their quote as asked for technical specifications and shall submit compliance sheet for each specification. Deviations, if any, shall be clearly mentioned in quote. Numerical value shall be furnished in compliance statements, wherever required.
  2. Supplier shall furnish the list of customers where similar item was supplied by them, and workable examples in Himalayan and Polar region under sub-zero temperature conditions.
  3. Supplier shall furnish detailed catalogue/brochure of the product quoted along with the quotation and bring out all the technical details of the instrument.
  4. Supplier should give list of accessories items also.
  5. Quotation is also sought for periodic calibration at fixed interval for both FOVs separately.
  6. Authorization certificate is required for agent representative.
