Entry Forms & Deadline: Forms and jpegs must be received by April 29, 2017.
Entry Fees: $10 per entry
Eligibility: This is an open juried show.
Artists must be 13 - 17 years of age.
Receiving Date: Friday, May 5, 2017, 2:00 to 6:00 p.m.
Elk Grove Park Pavilion 9950 Elk Grove-Florin Road, Elk Grove, CA. Be sure to label your pieces with your name and address and title and include same with your jpeg.
Art not selected for the Show: Artist will be notified.
Date of Pickup for Show Entries: Sunday – May 7 at 5:00 to 6:00 pm, Elk Grove Park Pavilion 9950 Elk Grove-Florin Road, Elk Grove, CA. Art not picked up will be set aside for fund raising purposes for EGA.

Eligible Work: All work should be original - conceived and created solely by the entering artist. The piece of art needs to have been completed within the last two years.
Parental/Guardian Approval Signature Required.
Sales must be made directly with artist after the show. The buyer’s contact information will be given to the artist. 10% of art sales are requested as a donation to EGA, a 501c3 nonprofit organization.
Entry Forms and Fee Deadline: The entry form, fees and artwork photos as jpegs must be received no later than, end-of-business day, April 29, 2017.
Limit three entries per person. $10 per piece of art.

Size limitations: Works may be no larger than 16 x 20 on any one side including frame. Three-dimensional pieces are subject to size limitations and approval.
Framing: Frames must be in good condition and paintings must be wired for hanging—no saw tooth hangers. If unframed, the sides must be finished—no staples or ragged edges.
Liability: All reasonable care will be taken in handling artwork, however our officers and volunteers will not be responsible for loss or damage to paintings or other artwork. We do suggest you carry separate insurance on your artwork. Be sure to include the information below with your jpeg.
