1.  Call to Order

The meeting was called to order by Efrain Silva at 12:37 pm.

2.  CTEA/Perkins 2010-2011 Budget Prioritization

Copies of each program’s budget prioritization sheets that were submitted were handed out to all present. Efrain Silva went over the #1 priorities only from each of the programs. The members approved these amounts from the list of #1 priorities from each of the funded academic programs:

Ed Wells explained that it is much more expensive to repair guns than to replace them. Ed Wells said that in 2011-2012 Corrections will need $17,000 for a livescan machine. CIS reported that in 2011-2012 they will need $12,000.

CTEA Local Process and Guidelines

Efrain Silva stated that some Perkins/CTEA guidelines will be drafted and handed out in the fall semester.
