The progress report should provide an overview of implementation and performance of the Demonstration project.

Project summary

Give a brief summary of the status of the project. Include the outputs produced, results achieved since the approval of grant/previous report, and any overarching changes to the plan.

Project results

Describe the achievements that the project has reached since the approval of the grant/previous progress report.

Environmental effects
Present the progress on how the project is achieving the environmental effects described in your application. Include a brief summary of the EIA report if available. Specify any quantitative indicators that can be used to follow up the project.
Development effects
Present the progress on how the project is achieving the development effects described in your application. Include information on how you work to reach the target groups, reduce poverty and improve gender equality. Specify any quantitative indicators that can be used to follow up the project.
Technical solution
Present the progress on import and implementation of the technology. Include information about any unforeseen factors that affects the installation of technology.
Market and viability
Present implemented and planned activities for dissemination of information about the project and its technology.

Partnership

Describe how you and your partner (the technology provider)are collaborating on the project.

Project plan update

Present a brief update to each project activity, such as completed, postponed or unchanged. Include underlying information for any changes to the original plan. Link the activities to invoices for this requisition as stated in the “List of expenditures”.
