a paragraph that explains the diagram.

website that gives you more information. Create a 10 part content or mind map of the information.

_____ 5. Writing Activity: Choose one of the Writing in Science activities from one of the reference chapters. List

chapter and page number, follow the directions. Must be one page in length

_____ 6. Foldable Activity: Choose a foldable design then create a colorful, illustrated foldable that highlights one

of the learning goals. It should include pictures plus information. Choose a design you have not done

previously in this unit.

_____ 7. Analyzing Data Activity: Choose one of the Analyzing Data activities in any of the chapters listed above.

Summarize the background information, reorganize the data into a different kind of graph or table, then

answer all questions in complete sentences.

_____ 8. Video/Partner Activity: Choose one of the videos available for this unit. Watch it with a partner as

each of you write down 20 questions. Leave space for answers, then trade, with each person answering

the other’s questions.
