Page 33, Control Measures, bullet point 6, Gantry – Its my opinion that the bracketed text currently included (fall arrest) does not apply to this bullet and therefore should be deleted.
Page 58, Appendix B – Technical Standards and other references: It’s my opinion that AS/NZS 4488 (set) and AS/NZS1891 (set) should both be included in the references list, as Industrial Rope Access systems and Fall Restraint & Arrest have been mentioned in the body of the document.
Page 69, Appendix F – High Risk Construction Work, Falls, Codes & Standards – It is my opinion that AS/NZS 4488 (set) should be included in these references as Industrial Rope Access systems have been mentioned in the body of the document.

Page 6, Clause 1.3, Examples of hazards & risks during construction: In my opinion should include wording “Work at & / or fall from height”
Page 16, Table 2, List of hazards, Systems of work, Source of information: In my opinion, should include wording “Work at height professionals”
Page 22, clause 4.4, End use, Maintenance & repair, bullet point 3: Delete this bullet point in its entirety
Page 32, Technical Standards and other references: Include AS/NZS 1891 (set & AS/NZS 4488 (set), as work at height and rope access systems are referred to in context of the designers obligations and end users etc.
Page 34, Appendix E, Risk Control Examples, Design for safe maintenance, bullet point 2: Delete wording “…use of abseiling”. Rationale: Industrial Rope Access has a proven safe work record that far exceeds general construction and many other industries and more conventional access methods.
