Overtime, On-Call, Call-Back, Holiday, And Workweek
Overtime: Standard Hourly Rate for hours in excess of 40 hours per week for an 8 hour shift or in excess of 36 hours per week for a 12-hour shift.
On-Call Days,
Nights, And Weekends: $6.00 per hour. Includes phone consultation and individual must remain within 15-miles of facility.
Call-Back: Standard Hourly Rate. Call back applies when the individual is physically on site. There is a one-hour minimum.
Holiday Rate: Standard Hourly Rate and applies to all Federal Holidays.
Workweek: The government work is Sunday through Saturday.
