Re: Endorsement for 59th Assembly District Candidate, Mr. Tim Donnelly
I’ve been a resident of the Victor Valley since May 13 of 1988. I have been involved from time to time in local and regional politics.
California and our nation are at major crossroads. We need individuals that understand business, job creation, reduction of taxes, reduction of regulations and truly believe that they can make a difference.
My wife, Deborah K. Brady and I are not only endorsing 59th Assembly Candidate, Tim Donnelly, we’re asking anybody who cares about our region, our state to help support his candidacy.
Tim narrowly won his nomination to represent the Republican party and he raised $29,800! He was victorious over candidates that collectively spent nearly $400,000 to win.
Tim is a local business person, who has felt this recession (depression) as many of us have in the real estate industry. He has five (5) children and is passionate about seeing his children stay in California and raise their grandchildren in this state.
I recently had the honor to meet with Mr. Donnelly. Mr. Donnelly is a patriot, not a politician. To quote his brochure, “Patriots, in contrast are accountable to the people and put common since and integrity ahead of political gain. This is not a new concept. Our founding fathers made honor and integrity their imperatives”.
“Right now, we the people need patriots: Real leaders willing to stop the unchecked influx of illegal immigration, no matter what the political implications. Although illegal immigration impacts almost every issue facing Californians-job losses, the flight of businesses from California, insane government spending, deteriorated education and ever increasing taxation”-Tim Donnelly offers common sense solutions: ∙Job creation-our number one priority
∙The repeal of AB32, California’s own, home grown cap and trade bill
∙Cutting government spending by incentivizing and empowering employees
∙Reducing regulatory burdens on businesses
∙Deport illegal alien prisoners (ending early releases) saves $2 Billion a year
∙Reforming tort laws to ensure that losers of frivolous lawsuits pay!

It is time to stop talking about change and it’s time to enact change. The State of California has over $175 Billion in debt. The average budget deficit is projected between now and 2015 to be nearly $20 Billion a year. State regulations are costing the State of California nearly 3.8 million jobs per year and nearly $493.994 Billion (nearly 5 times the size of our state budget). The residents of the State of California can not rest on the laurels of other people taking care of issues that we now need to take of ourselves. Please join me and others in trying to make a change, once and for all.
