1) Go to my homepage and click on your period’s preapproved Quizlet invitation link.
2) Whenclick on the link, you will be directed to a welcome page. It should say something similar to the following:
“You have been invited to join!”
3) Click on the “Log In and Join Class” button.
4) Enter your user name if you already have a Quizlet account. If you do not, click on the “Sign up” link on the top right hand side of the screen to create a FREE user account.
5) You will have to enter a little information about yourself to create an account (birthday, email, and username).
Note: If you are under the age of thirteen, you will have to either adjust your age to use the software, or enter your parent’s email address so that they can confirm giving you permission to set up the account. Also, remember to create a username that contains a minimum of your first name. (TeenageMutantNinjaTurtle13 or HotBarbie12 are not appropriate names. A better example would be: Reygan13.)
6) The next page states that “You’re Almost Done…”
Ignore all of the Quizlet PLUS information and scroll down to click on the link that says:
Continue to Free Quizlet >
*At this point, you will need to open your email and confirm the link they sent to your email address.
7) Click on the confirmation link. You should receive the following message:
8)You should be directed the “Seventh Grade” vocabulary flashcard set. Make sure that you are logged in and begin practicing, learning, and studying your vocabulary. Remember, you can customize your learning experience.
